Our goal:
- To achieve sustained improvement in the k c s e from 9.12in 2006 10.50 mean score by 2010.
- To achieve 75% qualification for admission to public universitties.
- To facilitate self-development for both the staff and students through workshops, seminars, career days, open days and remedial work.
- To enhance our academic programmes with co-currecular activities – drama, music,sports athletics, guidance & counselling, pastoral care and worship.
- To inclucate in our students and all the members of our school community a sense of diligence, service, freedom and responsibility.
- To amalgamate the mang’u (bosrding) compounds, separated by the busy thika –naivasha-nakuru road,by constructing a boarding coplex on the mang’u side.
- To maintain, improve and expand the school plant with a view to providing accessible, relevant and quality education.

- To achieve a b+ mean grade and a 9.50mean score in 2007.
- To sutain improved k c s e mean score as follows:
2008 - 9.80
2009 - 9.90
2010 - 10.50
